Send bulk short text messages (SMS) over the Internet

 

Try our service of sending short text messages over the Internet. You can send your text messages directly from your Customer Zone or via a VoIP app. As an extension to this services, we also provide SMS API which makes it possible interconnect your SMS gate with our internal system, e.g. for automatic SMS upon receiving or sending an order, pre-prepared confirmation text messaging by a single click from your CRM system, bulk SMS, or various other advanced solutions. Within the SMS API services, we also provide SMS notifications about the status of a NAS Synology device.

Text messaging is feasible through:

• VIPTel Customer Zone
• VoIP app on your PC
• VoIP app on your smartphone or tablet
• automatically via the SMS Gate through API, e.g. upon receiving or sending an order
• from your internet system, e.g. by pressing 1 button, via SMS API

You can opt for one of the following as a text message sender’s identity:

• your VIPTel phone number
• VoIP number (if you send text messages (SMS) from the Customer Zone)
• your name or your company’s name, or a diacritics-free text approved by you, in the scope of 11 characters (if you send text messages (SMS) from the Customer Zone)

Bulk SMS over the Internet – an SMS portal for companies

Increase your productivity, saving your time with bulk SMS through our VIPTel SMS portal. Bulk SMS from a file in XLSX, XLS, ODS or CSV format is possible through the interface of your VIPTel Customer Zone.

2-way SMS

We also provide the 2-way SMS which makes it possible to receive text messages on temporary mobile phone numbers if necessary. The 2-way SMS is also often used for confirming an order on the Internet or e-shop.
